No Amazon, No Walmart, No Best Buy — Nowhere!

Do not spend money on: Fast Food, Gas, Major Retailers

Do not use Credit or Debit Cards for non essential spending

WHAT YOU CAN DO:

Only buy absolutely necessary essentials — Food, Medicine, Emergency Supplies

If you must spend, ONLY support small local businesses

SPREAD THE MESSAGE
Talk about it, post about it, and document your actions that day!

WHY THIS MATTERS!

Corporations and banks only care about their bottom line.

If we disrupt the economy for just ONE day, it sends a powerful message.

If they don't listen (they won’t) we make the next blackout longer (we will)

The Nevada County Democrats Central Committee (DCC) meets both in person and online on the third Thursday of each month at 6 pm.

There is a slight change to meeting time and location. February, March, and April 2025 meetings will be held in the Media Room INSIDE the library. After entering the library, go left through the double doors into the tech room and right to the meeting room.

Bagels, cream cheese, coffee, and tea will be served. If you'd like, please bring something to share!
