YES on 1 - Places fundamental right to abortion & the right to contraceptives in the CA Constitution.
Neutral on 26 - Authorizes new types of gambling.
NO on 27 - Out-of-state corps. take 90% of money. No real CA investment or jobs. 50+ CA tribes oppose.
YES on 28 - Ensures ALL students in public schools get arts + music education – without raising taxes.
YES on 29 - Protects dialysis patients by increasing clinic safety measures.
YES on 30 - Prevents wildfires + reduces tailpipe pollution. Lower climate emissions, cleaner air.
YES on 31 - Protects kids from Big Tobacco by ending the sale of candy-flavored tobacco & menthols.
