Every year in January, we re-organize. We are looking for new central committee members from supervisor districts #1 (Nevada City area), #4 (Penn Valley and No. San Juan area), and #5 (Truckee area) as well as Democrats from all areas to serve on our standing committees - Communications, Outreach Events, Get Out the Vote, Candidate Recruitment & Support, Finance & Fundraising. As many folks say, one of the best antidotes to feeling down is action. Don't miss this opportunity!

DC & Everywhere People’s March

The NC Democratic Women's Club will gather in Marysville in solidarity with the National People's March. Join them to make this statement: WE ARE HERE, WE WILL DEFEND OUR RIGHTS, and WE ARE NOT GOING BACK! They will proudly hold signs, wave, smile at passing cars, and support each other. It’s essential to start now to build strength for 2026.

2025 ADEM Elections
All California Democrats are eligible to vote in these elections, but you must register. Voting registration is open now and closes Jan 24th for online voting and Feb 23rd for in person voting.
The biennial meetings to elect Assembly District Delegates and Executive Board Representatives of the California Democratic Party will be held February 22-23, 2025. The locations are below:
Saturday, February 22 — Durham Memorial Hall Durham from 10 am - 2 pm
Sunday February 23 — Briar Patch Co-Op Grass Valley from10 am - 2 pm
